I started using Balmori Software since 1997, I find their softwares very friendly and systematic... that's why I insist on using it in all the companies that I joined and even recommending it to the other companies. I consider Balmori Software as a partner in my profession, because with the use of Balmori Software such as SURE! GL, SURE! PayMaster, SURE! ARAP, enables me to facilitate all the work requirements from Accounting Department. So wherever I go, confidence and trust can be easily gained. With BALMORI SOFTWARE... success can be reached.

So here I am again... ordering another one for Associated Freight Consolidators Inc. to be used in our branches.

Although I have been CFO for the Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative since April of this year only, I have been involved with the Coop since 1999 as Chairman of the Credit Committee. The Coop has been using the Balmori Software since early 1999 and we have been very happy with it. The basic features of the Software work well with the accounting needs of the Coop. Maintenance of the Subsidiary ledgers is simple and easy to use. The trial balance has to be finalized first, making it easy to generate different cut-off dates as needed for management reporting. Generation of the financial statements is also at a click of a button.

The service of Balmori is also excellent. Staff are friendly, courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable of their product and computer systems.

We are happy with the Balmori Software that we are upgrading to the 6.3 version with 4 network license. I think the network system will be very helpful for our operations.

Since 2003, we have been using Balmori SURE! PayMaster as our Payroll software. We first heard about your company by way of our sister company. At first, we were a bit hesitant in changing to another payroll system. But I believe switching to ISARAP was the best decision we ever made. Our company, Guthrie-Jensen Consultants, Inc. had been using Balmori Sure!GL since Sept. 1996. The Sure!GL program has been very helpful to us in regard to Financial reports submitted to management as well as in generating government reports. The software is very user friendly. When I got the program in 1996, after the installation, Mr. Larry Imatani spent only a few hours in orientation and training. Since then, we have not encountered any problem in the program. We only called Balmori before the year 1999 ended to upgrade our system in line with Y2K.

What is good in the program is that, you can create a subdirectory wherein you can post the transactions and repeat copying and posting until you are satisfied with all the balances of your accounts. It really is a great help to us. So simple to use and yet so powerful in report output.

It's been again five years after I contacted Balmori. Not because I have encountered a problem in the program, but because I have a new computer with Windows XP and I would like to go with the times. I am upgrading my software to the new 6.5 version. After installation of the new version, I am more impressed on the enhancement of the program. I can convert all my prior years' data to the new version and it is easy as ABC. Thanks Balmori!

Many, if not all, will probably believe me that operating any business nowadays is truly different two decades ago. In my years of operation, I have done several operating style but I can see that no matter how good my revenues are, still my net profit would not meet my satisfaction, until the time that I implemented real cost-cutting method of sales by way of reducing purchase cost. I also reduced my operating expenses particularly on the manpower cost side. Instead of of hiring too many people to track down my inventories, purchases, receivables, payables and financial statements, I opted to automate my operations by BALMORI SOFTWARE INC. products. Presently, the GENERAL LEDGER and AR /AP systems of Balmori Software Inc. are of great benefit to my operations. This may not be exact, but I believe that I am saving 85% of the total man-hour cost that I will have to pay to several staff if my records and reports are done manually. It is a fact that the production of 6 to 8 accounting personnel can be done by one man using the aforementioned programs. Figures are updated and major business decisions are easily guided and accurate data generated by the system.

I started using BALMORI SOFTWARE since 1992, I found their software very convenient and user friendly as well as systematic especially the SURE! GL. Next was VAT report and FAME before, its already phase out and integrated to other systems like ARAP &.... In the system we easily generate reports needed to government agencies, stockholders and other interested parties, and even I recommend it to our sister company.
