Balmori Software can now do everything remotely - if you prefer

Movies and books have depicted the end of the world numberless times. COVID-19 came and now we are living it for real.

It's not total planetary destruction, like in the movies. But it's still a very real end of the world: the end of an accustomed way of life, and the start of new patterns of navigating a suddenly new world, whether we like it or not.

And the sooner we all adapt, the better our chances of surviving.

Like everyone else, Balmori Software has had to adapt.

To continue being of use to our customers, we've adjusted our operations so that we can serve you remotely from start to finish (as well as face-to-face). While our sales and technical staff can make client calls in person where feasible, they can also serve you completely remotely.

Rendering services remotely

- We can do product demonstrations via videoconferencing (Zoom, Skype, Viber).

- We can accept orders electronically, via email.

- We can deliver and install software licenses completely remotely. (Ask us how.)

- We can render technical support by telephone, videoconferencing, and email.

- We can conduct user training via videoconferencing.

And of course we can accept payment (and make payments) through online banking.

Where circumstances and safety needs allow, we can of course also do all of these the traditional way - in person.

WFH. Our team is now mainly Working From Home, with in-person team meetings at our offices once every two weeks.
