In March of 1990, one of our founding partners journeyed to Tarawa, capital of the Republic of Kiribati. A Micronesian speck in the South Pacific, Tarawa is off the beaten path - even today. The trip took three separate legs and an overnight layover.

Our man was journeying to Kiribati to install Balmori Software's suite of business solutions at that country's waterworks authority. Kiribati was one of our first two hundred customers, and still our most exotic so far.

Since those early years, Balmori Software solutions have been installed in the Middle East, in Papua New Guinea, Australia, and of course, all over the Philippines.

In starting up Balmori Software in 1985, we were looking to fill a need that was not then being addressed by any software vendor anywhere in the world: serious, heavy-duty business solutions that would be easy for non-techies to use.

Today the need for these heavy-duty-but-easy-to-use solutions remains.
